Delivery details and policies

Discount Supplements Direct offers free 2-3 working day delivery on goods over £30 up to 25kg and a maximum of 4 cubic feet on British mainland. This service has a delivery success rate of 97% but is not guaranteed.   For goods under £30 a handling charge of £2.50 will be applicable.  This will be show clearly in the shopping cart before confirming payment.  Discount Supplements Direct reserves the right to change shipping fees without any notice.  If the shipping fees do change then we will contact you prior to billing for your agreement.

Any goods that are not delivered within 5 working days should be reported to Discount Supplements Direct as missing.  You can notify us by clicking Contact us

Next working day deliveries are an extra £2.99 and are based on standard packages that do not exceed 25kg or 4 cubic feet.  Any orders over this amount will be charged at an additional £1 per kilo.  Next working day deliveries must be submitted to Discount Supplements Direct before 2pm Monday to Thursday in order for our couriers to deliver the next working day.  This service is available in the UK mainland only.

Next working day deliveries before 12 noon are an extra £3.99 and are based on standard packages that do not exceed 25kg or 4 cubic feet.  Any orders over this amount will be charged at an additional £1 per kilo.  Next working day before 12 noon deliveries must be submitted to Discount Supplements Direct before 2pm Monday to Thursday in order for our couriers to deliver the next working day before 12 noon.  This service is available in the UK mainland only.

Next working day deliveries before 10am are an extra £7.99 and are based on standard packages that do not exceed 25kg or 4 cubic feet.  Any orders over this amount will be charged at an additional £1 per kilo.  Next working day before 10am deliveries must be submitted to Discount Supplements Direct before 2pm Monday to Thursday in order for our couriers to deliver the next working day before 10am.  This service is available in the UK mainland only.

Next day deliveries for supplements are only available if ordered on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for the relevant next day deliveries.

All deliveries to Northern Ireland carry an additional charge of £5.99 to the normal delivery charges in the shopping cart.  Delivery times are usually 4-5 working days.

Our couriers will make two attempts to deliver your goods.  If they fail to leave the goods to you after two visits then the goods will be returned to our warhouse and an £8 re-stocking fee will become chargable.  The remainder of the money from your order will then be refunded to your account.

Orders of goods off the British mainland may take a day or two longer especially if the address is on an island or in the far north of Scotland.  All delivery times are estimated and Discount Supplements Direct will not be held responsible for delayed goods once they have been dispatched to our couriers.

All deliveries will be sent to the United Kingdom address that the credit/ debit card is registered at or a verified business address.

The final amount you confirm at the checkout is the amount you will be charged on your credit/ debit card for.  There are no additional charges afterwards.

When you provide a delivery address in the shopping cart on Discount Supplements Direct you assume responsibility for the goods once they have been signed for at that property, be this by yourself or any other person at that address who has signed for those goods.  Neither Discount Supplements Direct nor our couriers can accept liability for the loss or disappearance of a delivery once it has been signed for.  If you are not 100% confident that any persons at the submitted address may not pass on those goods once signed for then please be aware that this is done at your own risk.

When you place an order for goods with Discount Supplements Direct you are accepting that you can take delivery.  A courier will leave a note if no one is there to sign for the goods to say they will try once more usually the following day.  If the goods are not signed for on the couriers second visit and the courier has to return the goods to Discount Supplements Direct then a re-stocking and handling charge of £5 may be billed to your credit or debit card without notification from Discount Supplements Direct.  The couriers may choose a neighbouring address for a signature if there is no response from the billing address.  Discount Supplements Direct will not be responsible for any goods once they have been signed for.

From time to time on a rare occcasion we may be out of stock of a certain product or flavour. We may try to contact you via email to offer you an alternative product, refund or flavour.  If we can not contact you then we may send a different flavour of the same product that has been ordered at our descretion.

All orders received by 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day whilst orders received between 2pm and 3pm may still be dispatched the same day.  Orders received after 3pm will be dispatched the following working day.

All orders received over the weekend will be dispatched first thing Monday or on a Tuesday if it is a bank holiday Monday.  This excludes Christmas day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.

If you have an account with Discount Supplements Direct than after your first order you may ship goods to a different address but you will be responsible for the signing of those goods and not Discount Supplements Direct or our couriers.  Discount Supplements Direct reserves the right not to ship to alternative addresses if insufficient information is give.

Refunds, claims and returns.

Discount Supplements Direct values every single customer very highly and we want to ensure you receive 100% satisfaction every time you shop with us.  If on a very rare occasion you do experience a problem then please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue

Discount Supplements Direct is proud of bringing you the very best quality supplements but if on a very rare occasion that you buy goods from Discount Supplements Direct that are deemed faulty or damaged, then they can be returned to us with our “no quibble guarantee”.  It is your responsibility to meet the cost of returning those goods by a delivery courier that requires a signature from us to say we are in receipt of the returned goods.  Discount Supplements Direct will then decide if the goods are indeed faulty or damaged and will then aim to replace those goods with another one or to refund your credit / debit card for the full cost.

Any goods that are deemed faulty or damaged must be reported to us within immediately and must be returned unopened and in their original packaging.

Any purchase of supplements be that powders, tablets, capsules, bars or drinks from www.discountsupplementsdirect.co.uk cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Once goods have been signed for they become your responsibility and Discount Supplements Direct accepts no more responsibility for those goods.

If you receive the wrong goods or your order is short then you must contact us within 3 days of receipt where we will work to rectify this as soon as possible.

Payment Transactions

Discount Supplements Direct accepts payment by Credit or Debit Card only.

All deliveries will be sent to the address that the credit/ debit card is registered at or a verified business address.

Where your billing address does not match the bank records or your delivery address, Discount Supplements Direct has the right to decline payment without notice.  This may leave a ‘ghost’ transaction showing on your account for up to 3 days.

Sales policies and pricing

All credit/ debit card sales are performed on a 128-bit SSL encrypted secure server.  We do not see or have access to your payment details at anytime.

Discount Supplements Direct retains personal details for ensuring you receive your correct order.
