Good value weight gain. Last the longest of most shakes as the serving size is only 2 scoops. Big difference to your average weight gain with around 4
scoops, this makes it very drinkable. Also tastes great especially in chocolate and Banana flavours. However, it doesnt seem to fill me up enough to
last till next meal so Im using bars and flapjacks as a top up.
