Can definately push out more reps on this, been using it for a week now and so far it has been amazing just about to cut down to 5g a day so ill see
how that goes. No complaints as it definitely works for me. I give it 10 out of 10

I've just finished a two month cycle and i noticed imediately an increase in strength and immense muscle pumps, well worth the money i will be getting
more in a couple of weeks. Bought this due to good reviews wanted something to give me a slight increase to strength . Definitely noticed an increase
in power since using so Imhappy with this supplement.

Best Creatine available I reckon. I will never go back to other creatines used in the past. Feel a lot stronger when taking this product and more
conditioned, less joint pain. Best results personally are noticeed if i run for 4 weeks and have a week off. Recommend to anyone whether it be first
time creatine users or even the highest experienced body builders.

Taking 4 caps per day. Haven't felt much of a change but the numbers don't lie I have gained more strength in lifts in 4 weeks than previous six
months and this is the only change I have made so it is a great product.Good price also. Big change in the gym for small change in diet
