Have been taking this for quite a while now, and i really do notice the difference. Train 5 times a week, and can really feel it. Can lift more, do
more reps and muscles feel really hard. Orange flavour tastes v.nice would recommend to anyone. The only bad thing i can say about this is the price,
and 1 tub does'nt last me 1 month but it definately works so ignore the price.

Maximuscle Creatamax Extreme: Been taking for only 2 weeks and can notice a big difference in strength and muscle hardness. Only problem is price of
tub as only lasts 2 weeks!!! Still recommend to anyone who is into training hard as it really is fast working
